The first floor is made up of the living room space and gourmet kitchen in a single shared area. The living room is complete with a plush leather sofa and leather chairs to relax on. The Smart TV” is mounted right above the fireplace and is connected to the complimentary Wi-Fi of the home. You will find floor-to-ceiling windows off to the side with direct views of the mountains. The kitchen features natural wood cabinetry stocked full of the essential cookware. The stone countertops feature a separate kitchen island and overhead lighting.
