After graduating College, he went right back into the hospitality business as that is his true passion and in 2013 was awarded “The Hotel Industry’s Rising Talent Top Thirty Under 30”. Austen plays a big part in the daily operations of the business here at Voyago, is always looking for innovative ways to enhance both the owner and guests experience and is one of the founding partners of Voyago.

As one of the founding partners of Voyago, Kevin brings an extensive background that sets Voyago apart from others. Kevin has sat on several boards for national hotel chains over his tenure and gave him a font seat to see what the leading hospitality companies are doing and apply them to ours. At Voyago Kevin is responsible for creating a proprietary revenue management system, providing sound growth plans, building company infrastructure, financial reporting systems and owner relations and guest satisfaction metrics to ensure both the guest and owners expectations are exceeded.

After Alexa graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in finance Alexa worked as an analyst for a private equity company in San Diego. Most recently, as a principal, Patrick completed an upscale 30 home community in Estes Park we he brought the vision, design, and construction team to see the community come to life and was a first of its kind in Estes Park.

Patrick approaches each task and project individually ensuring that any detail or challenge is met with a fresh perspective. He assembles teams for each project with highly skilled individuals, with passion and aspiration to attain the highest performance levels of his team, and to achieve the highest quality product quality to exceed objectives for our customers. Patrick is involved in company-wide strategic planning, analysis of markets, trends, green initiatives, and new emerging opportunities.

Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Fine Arts at the University of Colorado Boulder. She loves creating experiences for others, “It is so much more than just how a space looks at the first glance or a glossy magazine page. It is about how it feels when you run your hand upon butter-smooth leather, the smell of an old book, the luxuriousness of sinking into a pile of fluffy down pillows. Often design is much more about the subconscious, playing with color and texture to change the visual volume of a space, juxtaposing straight and curvilinear eyes to guide the focus of a viewer’s eye. I grew up in the mountains, and I have a strong sense of place associated with this culture. I would love to help set the scene for a lifetime memory of cozying up by the fire and enjoying a sunset over the Rocky Mountains.” Samantha's is essential in creating the unique feeling that each home provides. In her designs, she hand selects each interior finish making each home unique. As soon as you walk into a home Samantha has designed her vision for the space is realized not only aesthetically but emotionally.

Samantha grew up in the construction, her father was a contractor. As a child she was always drawing floor plans for elaborate forts or tree houses and her room was full of laminate and paint swatches from the hardware store. One day while working toward her law degree something shifted. She realized that if she was going to pour herself into her work, it may as well be something she loved, and that was design. Samantha says what she does now doesn't feel like “work” at all. She is passionate about her work and creating experiences for others and Mountain Village at Lake is no exception. Neil has a boutique law firm in San Luis Obispo, California representing various entities in business operations for the past 40 years, he is also “of-counsel” for Ford, Walker, and Haggerty & Behar. For the past 10 years Mr. Tardiff has dedicated his career to appellate issues and legal advice for various businesses. Clients include hotel and hospitality owners, large fitness gyms, accounting firms, insurance companies, public entities, developers and contractors and professionals.

Mr. Tardiff joined the State Bar of California in 1980 and is admitted to practice is all state and federal courts. Mr. Tardiff graduated With Distinction from McGeorge School of Law, Sacramento, California. He received several scholastic awards during law school and is an honored member of the Order of the Coif.

Prior to starting his private law practice, Mr. Tardiff clerked for Justice William P. Clark, Jr. in the California Supreme Court. Justice Clark went on to work closely in the White House with President Ronald Reagan in multiple cabinet positions and Mr. Tardiff assisted on international legal issues with Justice Clark while he was in the White House.

Mr. Tardiff served on many state and local attorney boards, including being President of the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association, Chairman of the Appellate Advisory Board for the State Bar of California, and serving as a member of the board of directors and as a committee chairperson for the Association of the Southern California Defense Counsel for over a decade. He is currently Director of the Pro-Bono Program for the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association and oversees SLOLAWLINE, a community twenty-four-hour telephone hotline service providing legal assistance to those that cannot afford an attorney. Mr. Tardiff is also a Professor of Law at Monterey School of Law at the San Luis Obispo campus and oversees their Clinical Program.
