Are you Pet Friendly? If so, what are the fees?
Some of our properties are pet friendly, the paw print in the upper right corner of the listing will indicate which ones are. There is a one-time pet fee of $220 with a 2-dog maximum.

What are your check in and check out times? Do you offer early check in or late check out?
Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. As far as early check in, it depends on the time of year, summer and fall are most difficult and may not be possible. We will work with you as much as we can, but nothing is guaranteed.

What amenities do you offer?
All cabins feature a BBQ grill, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer all linens including kitchen and bath towels. We offer shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry soap, dishwashing soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, pepper, sugar oil, etc. We have a coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave and hair dryer.

Do you have a highchair or pack and play?

Is there a down payment? How does the final payment get charged?
At the time of booking, you pay 50% of the total, 30 days before your stay is when the remaining 50% is automatically charged to the card on file. If you’d like to change the card, please call and let us know.

If we cancel before the 30 days do we get a refund?
Yes, cancellations before 30 days get a 100% refund.

What is your cancellation/inclement weather policy?
Your stay is fully refundable until 30 days prior to your stay. After that it is completely nonrefundable. For this reason, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance as coverage includes benefits that may reimburse you for pre-paid, nonrefundable deposits as a result of unforeseen covered events.

How old do I need to be to rent a cabin?
The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. The primary guest is the person reserving and paying for the rental and is responsible for all guests staying at the property.

Where is the closest airport
Denver International Airport (DIA), is the closest big airport and it is about 90 minutes away.

Do you need any passes to enter Estes Park?
No, you only need passes to enter Rocky Mountain National Park which is located inside Estes Park. For more information on this please visit their website at recreation.gov

How do I access the cabin, where is the front desk?
7 days before your stay you will receive an email with your door code. The code will be your key to access the property. There is no front desk, but if you have any problems or need something please call or text (970) 473-5735 to speak with us directly.

I’m booking multiple cabins can I get a discount? Do you offer room blocks?
No, our cabins are all individually owned, and we are unable to offer discounts for multiple bookings. We also are not able to offer room blocks for the same reason.
