Renter Requirements
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the guest. All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the guest's invitees, and all discussion regarding reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the guest, not the guest's invitees. The guest occupying the vacation home must be at least 25 years of age.

Down Payment / Payment
When booking your reservation, a down payment of 50% of the entire booking is required. Final payment will be due 30 days prior to checking-in to your vacation rental. If you are booking less than 30 days out, 100% of the total stay will be charged at the time of booking.

Security Cameras
There may be outdoor security cameras on the premises of your vacation property, for your safety. These cameras point, if applicable, to the parking and entry points of the home or cabin. They do not look into any interior spaces. Any tampering of these security cameras will result in immediate eviction and no refunds will be issued.

Pet Policy
While the vast majority of our vacation rental are NOT pet friendly, we have a select number of homes that will allow for you to bring your pet (dogs only) during your stay. If you have booked one of our limited pet friendly properties, the following rules apply:
  1. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. We suggest you bring a bed or kennel that your pet will enjoy while staying at the vacation property.
  2. Pets are not allowed to remain in the vacation home unattended, even if they are in their kennel.
  3. Pets must be on a leash when outside the home.
  4. If your pet causes a disturbance at the property or to other guests, you will be given a warning. If the issue continues you will be asked to leave and a refund will not be provided.
  5. Clean up all pet waste and deposit in proper trash bin.
  6. Before arrival, make sure your dog’s immunizations are up to date, especially flea treatment.
  7. Only dogs (no more than two) are allowed to stay and all stays must be communicated and approved by our staff.

Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees of up to $500.00 and you will be asked to leave the property and no refund will be provided.

Damage Policy
As a condition to the rental of all vacation properties, Voyago reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any and all uncovered guest/invitee caused losses and damages sustained to the vacation property throughout the duration of their period of occupancy. In the event of any uncovered guest/invitee-caused loss or damage to the vacation property, including, but not
limited to, undue cleaning, eviction, service calls, service charges, fines/assessments, repairs or replacements, plus all applicable taxes, Voyago is hereby granted the right to charge the guest's credit card. By written or electronic endorsement of this agreement, the guest hereby agrees to pay for all such charges, as defined above and on the proceeding pages.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any Voyago home or within 25 feet of any home door/window. If any tobacco or marijuana smell is detected in the home after your departure, you will be charged a surplus cleaning fee of $1,000.00. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, you will be evicted, no refund issued and charged an additional cleaning fee.

Parking
Each vacation property provides parking for one, or possibly more, vehicles depending on your property choice. Guests and their invitees must park only in the designated area(s) for your property. No parking on the street or yard(s) are allowed.

Upon Arrival
If there are concerns or issues with your rental property, please immediately contact our office at 970-473-5735 or send an email to reservations@letsvoyago.com. No refunds or considerations are given unless we are notified of problems during your stay.

Emergencies / Maintenance
In the event of a problem getting in the vacation rental or if there are problems with condition or functionality of the vacation rental, please immediately contact the Voyago office at 970-473-5735. If it is after office hours we will make every effort to return your call as quickly as possible.

Arrival Time
Check in is at 4:00pm. An early arrival may be arranged, pending other reservations and the housekeeping schedule. Please contact us prior to your arrival to make these arrangements. Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.

Departure Time
Check out is at 10:00am. Your prompt departure is appreciated so that we can prepare the vacation rental for any incoming guests. A late departure may be arranged, pending other reservations and the housekeeping schedule. If you have not arranged for a late check out, you may be charged a fee for each hour beyond 10:00am you are still on property, at a minimum of one hour. If the home has not been vacated by 12:00pm, a fee equal to the rental rate of one day may be assessed.

Cancellations
Power/weather related cancellation: Voyago does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as but not limited to: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages or forest fires. In the unfortunate event you need to cancel, a refund of the 50% deposit paid will be fully refundable if canceled thirty (30) days prior to date of check in. After thirty days the remaining deposit gets collected and the entire balance becomes nonrefundable. Changes to your reservation are not allowed within our 30-day cancellation policy. Voyago highly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance is offered at the time of reservation and may be added anytime up to final payment, 30 days prior to arrival.

 

Travel Insurance

Voyago has partnered with Red Sky Travel Insurance to provide travel insurance for our guests. Travel insurance reimburses for the non-refundable deposits and unplanned expenses incurred due to certain unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance may be purchased up to the date of final payment. Travel insurance is nonrefundable after the 14-day free look period. Travel insurance is optional. If you do not wish to purchase travel insurance protection, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Red Sky travel insurance on behalf of all occupants.


Number of Guests
Change in number of guests/conduct of guests: guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. Unauthorized people at the vacation rental at any time could result in extra charges for each additional guest, in addition to any and all damage, disturbance, and cleaning charges. The rental is not intended for parties, nor gatherings at any time of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. Please inform us of any change in the number of guests before your arrival to avoid these charges and so the home can be prepared appropriately for your group. No exceptions or refunds are given for changes in the number of guests after your arrival.

Hot Tub
Guest is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Hot Tub must always be covered and the cover strapped down when not in use to retain heat and keep dirt/debris from blowing into the tub. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it as storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please DO NOT set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for small children, persons with medical conditions, or pregnant women. It is recommended NOT to exceed 15 minutes in the Hot Tub at any time. It is imperative that everyone (adults and children) shower before entering hot tub to remove body oils and suntan lotion from their feet, hands, and body. Persons with skin disease, open wounds, nasal or ear discharge, inflamed eyes, or communicable diseases are not allowed in the hot tub. DO NOT use hot tub while under the influence of any type of alcohol, drugs, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics, or tranquilizers.
DO NOT have glass in or around the tub. Please be advised that a member of our team will perform daily hot tub maintenance and trash pickup. This service is essential to ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of our amenities. Our team will be respectful of your privacy and will not enter any living spaces. However, you may see them on the property during these routine checks. There is no need for concern if you notice someone performing these tasks. If you have any questions or special requests regarding these services, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Fireplace / Firepits
Your property may include fireplace(s), which are fueled by natural gas, and can be operated by switches on the wall. You are not permitted to put any other paper, wood or debris in the
fireplace or, if applicable, the firepit. DO NOT cook anything in the fireplace or firepit which may cause damage to the units. If evidence of cooking is shown, you could be responsible for an additional cleaning fee.

Linens & Towels
Towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are not meant for outside use. An inventory of linens, towels, pillows and blankets are taken prior to occupancy and will again be taken upon departure. If items are discovered missing, you may be charged for those items.

Plumbing
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.

Right of Entry
Guest(s) agree that Voyago reserves the right to enter the rental property any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check for damage, and to make such repairs, alterations or improvements as we may deem appropriate.

Laws & City Codes
All guest(s) and invitees are to obey all local city, state and governmental laws while occupying the vacation rental. The management company or vacation rental owner shall not be held liable for laws that were broken and any incurred penalties or fines will be the responsibility of the guest.

Security & Safety Risks
Always lock doors and windows when you leave the vacation rental! When you rent the vacation property, you assume responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your personal property. Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the vacation rental. Voyago does not assume any responsibility for injuries resulting from your failure to use due caution. Children must be supervised at all times. Candles are not allowed due to fire hazard, except citronella candles in buckets outside or supplied emergency candles in case of power outage.

Indemnification & Hold Harmless
While Voyago and its property owners strive to maintain vacation properties in the finest condition, no guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding suitability or for any particular purpose. All guest(s) and their invitees use the vacation property structures and premises at their own risk. Voyago and its property owners shall not be held liable or otherwise responsible in any way for injury to any guest and/or their invitees that is caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional or unintentional acts of said guest(s) and/or invitees, or by the failure of structures, appliances, (including hot tubs and BBQs) furnishings, and/or other equipment, whether by malfunction, misuse, acts of god/nature, and/or are otherwise naturally occurring. No guarantees are expressed nor implied as to the suitability of utilities and other services provided to the vacation properties and adjacent structures and premises. No guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding the suitability/compatibility of materials utilized in the construction of the vacation property and/or its contents. Voyago and its property owners shall not be held liable nor otherwise responsible in any way for allergic reactions to guest(s) or invitees, caused or permitted to be caused by materials utilized in the manufacture of the vacation property and/or its contents, nor from mold and/or airborne spores, nor from pet/animal allergens, nor from chemical agents including, but not limited to appliances, linens, carpeting, utensils, fixtures, hot tubs, and/or other equipment. By written or electronic endorsement of this agreement, guest(s) and invitees hereby agree to forever hold-harmless and indemnify Voyago and its property owners from and against all claims, demands, loss, liability/responsibility of any kind and character, including cost of defense, arising out of or in any way connected with the guest(s) use of the property.
