The home is centered around a unique outdoor courtyard featuring a stone fireplace, grill, and a bar with an amazing view of the surrounding Rockies. It's a 4 bedroom house with spectacular finishes, and a Rocky Mountain cabin feel with all the comforts. The home has a well equipped gourmet kitchen with a double oven just in case you want to dine in on your vacation. The basement level has another bar area and a home theater with 7.1 surround sound and an 80 inch TV. The huge master bedroom has a new king bed, beautiful bathroom en-suite and amazing views from its private deck. The other 3 bedrooms all have comfortable new queen beds. In addition, there is a queen-sized American Leather pull-out sofa which provides additional, comfortable sleeping space. The home is located on a dead end street so there is minimal traffic yet conveniently located to all the Estes Park and RMNP have to offer. The neighborhood is frequently visited by the herds of elk that roam freely in Estes Park. The home is about 1.5 miles from downtown Estes Park with tons of dining and shopping opportunities. The Safeway grocery store is also about a mile away for convenient access to food and supplies. The entrance to Rocky Mountain National park is only a few miles away on the other side of town.
